Our literacy sessions are evidence-based multi-sensory (MSL), explicit and structured intervention for students who are finding reading and spelling a challenge from K-12. – All intervention builds phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension.
Early Spellers and Readers : Instructional sessions to promote retention and early spelling through sequential instruction. Setting a solid foundation for strong literacy progression.
Year 1 -6 - Explicit Instruction: Systematic instruction in spelling, reading and writing. Lessons are diagnostic with a scope and sequence of skills to be taught, consistently monitoring student progress to guide teaching. Assists with accurate and fluent word recognition, spelling and comprehension.
High School Poor Spellers Programme: Structured and sequential intervention focusing upon the rules of the spelling system, morphology and etymology providing the students with a thorough understanding of the structure of the spelling system.
