About Me

 I am mum to neurodiverse kids and a structured literacy specialist.

I have a Diploma of Teaching, a Bachelor of Education and a Masters of Marketing, I am Orton Gillingham trained, SPELD* accredited and I am passionate about ensuring all children can read and write.

I use a multisensory approach to teach kids from Kindergarten to Year twelve to become confident readers, spellers and writers.

When we first meet I pretest to ensure I understand the skills the kids are bringing to the table. I then build on these skills to help them achieve reading and writing confidence through a structured systematic approach.

Intervention is not a quick-fix approach, but a structured, sequential multisensory approach to literacy.
